since March 12, 2020 the Virtual Library of Musicology (ViFaMusik) is offline. From now on, you will find the offers of ViFaMusik on musiconn, the new research portal for networked musicology, which is being built by the Bavarian State Library and the Saxon State Library - Dresden State and University Library and funded by the German Research Foundation.

With musiconn.search, you still have access to a comprehensive research tool for searching research literature and materials on musicology. On our site you will also find a variety of supplementary information and services for your scientific work.

Read archived versions of the Virtual Library of Musicology

Since 2011, the ViFaMusik has been archived as a website at regular intervals. You can access the individual time periods at any time and read up on individual aspects as needed. The archived version can be found in the digital long-term archive of the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek.
